Tyro eCommerce (Tyro Payments& Simplify Commerce).
Your data will be passed to Tyro eCommerce (Tyro Payments & Simplify Commerce) upon submitting at checkout, including information required to process, or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your billing information.
Information shared with Tyro eCommerce to securely process payments includes:
- Cardholder name
- Unique payment identifiers
- Payment provider identifiers

Shipping
Some of our products require postal shipping. To take advantage of the real-time shipping rates, fulfill orders and track shipments, certain information about you will be passed to the respective mailing service, in this case Australian Post.
Information shared includes city and postcode to calculate shipping rates. All data that flows between our site and Automattic, and between Automattic and Australian post, is encrypted, end to end, via HTTPS.
Tax Calculations
Tax Calculations are provided by TaxJar. TaxJar receives information related to your purchase, including the value of goods in your cart, the value of shipping, and your address. All data that flows between your site and Automattic, and between Automattic and TaxJar, is encrypted, end to end, via HTTPS. MailChimp for WooCommerce
When shopping, MailChimp keeps a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day. Read their privacy policy here.
How long we retain your data
Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.
When you place an order through our website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records until you ask us to delete this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you feel that we have stored any information about you, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
