Our sourdough baguette, is made with a blen of biodynamic, organic and regeneratively grown flours from local growers and millers.We love the addition of Tuerong Farm’s Rouge de Bordeux red wheat as it’s a very flavoursome lower protein variety of wheat, which boosts the flavour and improves the texture our baguettes.

Making sourdough baguettes is one of the greatest challenges to our bakers. They also give us the greatest satisfaction when we absolutely nail them.

Ingredients – Edwards biodynamic wheat flour, Tuerong Farm regeneratively grown French Red wheat flour, Miller Baker Jame’s  high extraction organic wheat flour grown by Burrum Biodynamics, water, salt
