Our sourdough baguette, made with Wholegrain Milling heritage organic roller milled wheat flour, Tuerong Farm Red Wheat and Rolling Stone Mill high extraction wheat flour. We love the addition of Tuerong Farm’s Red Wheat as it’s a very flavoursome lower protein variety of wheat, which helps increase the flavour and improve the crumb of our baguettes.
