Our sourdough baguette, made with organic roller milled wheat flour from Edwards Farm in Victoria, Tuerong Farm Red Wheat and Rolling Stone Mill organic high extraction wheat flour. We love the addition of Tuerong Farm’s Red Wheat as it’s a very flavoursome lower protein variety of wheat, which helps increase the flavour and improve the crumb of our baguettes.
