Not just any sausage roll, this fine example of it’s kind is made with full butter puff pastry, Cherry Tree Organic grass fed beef and organic vegetables. A meal in itself, it’s rich and flaky on the outside, moist and delicious on the inside.
Our puff pastry is made with a blend of biodynamic spelt flour grown in Victoria by Burrum Biodynamics, milled by Tuerong Farm, and Wholegrain Milling organic bakers white flour.
The butter we use is small batch produce from Lard Ass on Bellaraine Peninsula. They are making very beautiful butter that we use in many of our pastries.
