A seasonal pastry just for the autumn months

Pumpkin danish –  topped with roasted pumpkin, capers, Loafer dukka, creamy feta cheese, mustardy bechamel, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

Inspired by Chef Jo Barrett, we have been making our opwn feta style cheese inhouse for the last few years. This means we can use organic milk from Schultz and marinate it in Mount Zero olive oil with our own choice of herbs and spices.

Our pumpkins are grown in the Keilor Valley by the team at Day’s walk farm organic farmers.

We also roast our own dukka, it contains sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, fennel seeds, coriander, white and black sesame, cumin, & pepper.
