Our not white, white loaf.
Made with a blend of flours from Barry Edwards biodynamic wheat milled by Allied Milling, wholemeal wheat from Burrum Biodynamics milled by James Fisher, red wheat grown and milled by Tuerong Farm and Wholegrain Milling white roller mill flour. The combination of flours is aimed at producing a delicious loaf with a light moist crumb, with the added nutrition and flavour of wholegrain flours.
