The seedy loaf. Made with sprouted rye and wheat grains, linseeds, sesame seeds, wholemeal wheat and rye flours and a small percentage of sifted wheat flour. This is a moist and flavoursome seed bread.

Made with a blend of flours from our suppliers at Woodstock Farm, Rolling Stone Mill, and Wholegrain Milling.

Naturally leavened, sourdough bread

Ingredients – wholemeal wheat flour 75%, sifted wheat flour 15%, wholemeal rye flour 15%, water, sprouted rye grain, sprouted wheat grain, sesame seeds, linseeds, salt
